Woe is me! Thats what the newspapers and network television are saying about the current Real Estate market this year.
There are problems in certain areas dealing with Real Estate right now. The Banks having to be bailed out because of the stupid lending practices they were employing. So I do understand some of the hype.
What is the saying, ?buy when everyone is screaming, -----woe is me ---and sell when everyone is saying ----yeeeee hiiiii?--- or something like that.
Stop waiting and buy now, if you miss this opportunity to buy you are going to be kicking yourself in a few years. Many savvy buyers know this and that means you can still wholesale in todays market.
If you think there are no buyers out there in this market you are dead wrong. I have wholesaled 50 houses this year alone.
Can you believe that?
Don't be fooled by the media. There are buyers in your market. If not in your market there are plenty of markets that you can still buy in. Find out who they are and what they want and then find them a deal. Don't make it complicated just bring the buyer together with the deal.
There is a constant cycle when it comes to buying and selling. Every market has buyers and sellers the number only changes to favor one or the other in the declining market the savvy investors are the ones with the money move in and capitalize on the opportunity. If you are the one ready to help them find there houses you will be the one getting rich.
